Southmark Cleaning Services is seeking motivated and reliable independent cleaning subcontractors to partner with us for residential and commercial cleaning projects. This is a 1099 subcontractor opportunity, not traditional employment. Subcontractors operate their own business and have the flexibility to accept jobs based on their availability.
Position Overview
Provide professional cleaning services that meet company quality standards and client expectations. Subcontractors are responsible for completing assigned cleaning projects, maintaining professionalism, and supplying their own equipment and materials.

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Able to successfully pass a background check

Minimum of two (2) years of cleaning experience (residential and/or commercial)

Reliable transportation to travel to job sites

General liability insurance (active or willing to obtain)
7
Strong attention to detail and reliability
